This lined notebook with a die cut cover was developed exclusively for Tate to coincide with Artist and Empire exhibition at Tate Britain. It shows the work EnTWINed by London born artists The Singh Twins.
London born twin sisters Amrit and Rabindra are contemporary British artists. The work EnTWINed was a commission for the Museum of London. The work is a response to the 1857 and 1858 paintings by Nelson O’Neill, called Eastward Ho! and Home Again and develops a theme of embarkation with the events of Indian independence.
