This useful, practical and beatiful tote bag has been created by illustrator Mark Hearld.
Mark Hearld is renowned for his distinctive artwork which often features a beautifully pared- back colour palette and images drawn from nature. He is passionate about folk art, and has created a range for Tate Shop inspired by James William of Wrexham’s patchwork quilt, a piece that he has known and loved for many years. With its menagerie of creatures including a black cat and several birds, together with lovely hues, it strikes a chord with Mark’s own work.
