2017 twelve page wall calendar featuring the work of pioneering twentieth-century artist Robert Rauschenberg, including key pieces Monogram 1955-59, Untitled (Gold Painting) 1955, and Retroactive II 1963. The calendar grid has space for notes, as well as the previous and next month’s dates.
Robert Rauschenberg was an artist who challenged perceptions of what art could be. Endlessly curious and inventive, his work ranged from painting and sculpture to performance and dance. His radical approach, from innovative printing methods to incorporating found objects and detritus in his works, prefigured pop art and inspired generations of conceptual artists in the decades that followed.
