Cotton tea towel with an image of John Singer Sargent’s 1885 painting ‘Carnation Lily, Lily Rose’.

Sargent painted this Impressionist style painting in 1885 in a Cotsworld garden. The children lighting the Japanese lanterns with tapers are Dolly and Polly Bernard, daughters of illustrator Frederick Barnard.

This tea towel has been produced to accompany the collection at Tate Britain and is exclusive to Tate Shops.
