Standard Delivery items are usually dispatched within 3 working days after the order has been placed. We aim to deliver within:
3-5 working days for UK
4-7 working days for Europe
7-10 working days for USA, Canada, Fast East, Australasia and the rest of the world.
Courier Delivery service is given priority picking and packing. Items are usually dispatched within 2 working days after the order has been placed. Our carrier aims to deliver within:
1-3 working days for UK and Europe
3-4 working days for USA, Canada, Fast East and Australasia
4-7 working days for the rest of the world
We deliver anywhere in the world but our policy is not to deliver to PO Box addresses, due to courier restrictions.

You can also check the delivery cost of your order by adding items to your basket and proceeding to ‘Order Summary’. In this section, you can select which service you would like your order to be sent and the relevant cost. You can also change the delivery destination of the order. Most countries have the option of a Standard, Couriered or Insured delivery service.
Please note that due to their size and cost, all Limited Edition Prints are sent by couriered service and cannot be sent by Standard delivery.
Availability times are displayed on each individual product. It will state either:
|In Stock||The item is in stock at our warehouse. Orders are normally processed ready for despatch in 2-3 working days.|
|Preorder||This is a new item and on it’s way to our warehouse. Your order will be dispatched as soon as stock is available, the date shown on Tate Online shop is the date we aim for the item to leave our warehouse and be posted to you.
Please note, payment for items on pre-order will be taken when the order is placed through the website. Other items purchased in the same order which are in stock, will be dispatched immediately.
|Backorder||This item is currently out of stock but an order has been placed, and the delivery lead time will be clearly stated on each individual product. You will receive an email to let you know when the backordered item is posted from our warehouse to your designated address.|
|Out of Stock||We are currently out of stock of this item and will update the information shortly or remove from the website. Should you require more information please call our customer services team.|
Lead times quoted are given in good faith. They are based on the best available information from our suppliers at time of purchase. Where any delay occurs we will notify you by email at the earliest opportunity.

If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and delivery service charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Tate Online Shop refers each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Delivery of Prints
Posters are sent out separately from other items due to the nature of packaging required. As a result, posters may not arrive at the same time as the rest of your order. If the other items in your order have not arrived within four days please contact customer services. Please note that limited edition prints cannot be sent by standard delivery, due to their size and cost, and will always be sent by a Courier or Insured method. Limited edition prints are also excluded from free postage and packing promotions.
