This cushion in a block design has been created by Wallace Sewell and would be a lovely addition to your home. Created with Tate Shop, the block style and colours used by Matisse in his cut-outs phase was the inspiration for the design.
Wallace Sewell was established by Harriet Wallace-Jones and Emma Sewell, after graduating from the Royal College of Art in 1990. Their work is distinguished by a positive and confident use of colour and an intelligent use of yarn properties and standard weave structures.
Wallace Sewell work closely with a mill in Lancashire and finishers in Huddersfield, W.T. Johnson & Sons so their products are made and designed in Britain.
Each cushion cover is made from silk and linen and the cushion is a feather pad. 40 cm x 40 cm
