Tate exclusive mini print of Leonora Carrington ‘Spiderweb’.

Born in 1917, Carrington left Britain in 1937 with the Surrealist artist Max Ernst. Since 1941 she lived in Mexico City where her tone of voice and practice evolved. Carrington not only painted but wrote short stories, plays and created sets and costumes that illustrated her distinctive and imaginative worlds.
