Description
Throw some 80s B-boy style into your look with this bum bag featuring Keith Haring’s Fun Gallery, 1983. With two zip-closure compartments, and a zip pocket at the front, there’s plenty of room to securely stash your phone, wallet, and keys in. The waistband has a plastic clip closure, and is fully adjustable (so you can wear it slung cross-body style, if you don’t want to go for the authentic 80s option).

This dynamic piece by Haring was originally created as a poster to promote his 1983 exhibition at FUN Gallery in New York’s East Village. FUN Gallery (1981-5) was founded by Bill Stelling and actress Patti Astor, and held one-artist shows by graffiti and street artists, branding itself as ‘the first art gallery in the East Village’.

This bum bag (or fanny pack, if you’re in New York rather than Stoke Newington) is part of a collection of clothing inspired by the Fun Gallery poster, and matching t-shirt, shorts and a snapback cap are all also available at Tate Shop.

Diamond supply co. was founded in 1998 when Nicholas Tershay (aka Nick Diamond) created a skateboard hardware line from his one-bedroom apartment in San Francisco. Over the past two decades, Diamond Supply co. has grown into a full range of skateboards and. With its strong aesthetic and commitment to creating high quality goods, Diamond Supply co. remains popular with skate and street fashion communities alike.
