We aim to deliver custom prints within 14 days. For USA, Canada, Far East, Australasia and the rest of the world this may be up to 20 days. As each print is individually made and framed (if appropriate) shortly after an order is placed they take a little longer to prepare. Orders will be dispatched as soon as they are ready, separately from any other item you might order from Tate Online Shop.
Delivery for custom prints is charged by the item according to your delivery destination, as follows: UK £7.50 per item / EU £20 per item / Europe (Non EU) £30 per item / USA £50 per item / rest of the world £100 per item. We currently offer free standard delivery on UK orders over £50 including custom prints. Please select UK standard delivery at the checkout.
Standard Delivery items are usually dispatched within 3 working days after the order has been placed, excluding custom prints which may take up to 14 days. We aim to deliver within:
3-5 working days for UK
5-7 working days for Europe
7-10 working days for USA, Canada, Fast East, Australasia and the rest of the world.
Our standard delivery is insured up to £200 but if you need extra you can opt for insurance – costs for different locations are explained below. This option isn’t available for custom prints.
We deliver anywhere in the world but our policy is not to deliver to PO Box addresses, due to courier restrictions.
We currently offer free standard delivery on UK orders over £50 including custom prints. Please select UK standard delivery at the checkout. Please note that this is offer is valid only online. Our other delivery costs up to 30kg are as follows

You can also check the delivery cost of your order by adding items to your basket and proceeding to ‘Order Summary’. In this section, you can select which service you would like your order to be sent and the relevant cost. You can also change the delivery destination of the order. Most countries have the option of a Standard or Insured Courier delivery service.
Availability times are displayed on each individual product. It will state either:
|In Stock||The item is in stock at our warehouse. Orders are normally processed ready for despatch in 2-3 working days.|
|Preorder||This is a new item and on it’s way to our warehouse. Your order will be dispatched as soon as stock is available, the date shown on Tate Online shop is the date we aim for the item to leave our warehouse and be posted to you.
Please note, payment for items on pre-order will be taken when the order is placed through the website. Other items purchased in the same order which are in stock, will be dispatched immediately.
|Out of Stock||We are currently out of stock of this item and will update the information shortly or remove from the website. Should you require more information please call our customer services team.|
Lead times quoted are given in good faith. They are based on the best available information from our suppliers at time of purchase. Where any delay occurs we will notify you by email at the earliest opportunity.

If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and delivery service charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Tate Online Shop refers each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
