Our galleries and shops are temporarily closed in line with National Lockdown restrictions.
Our distribution centre is also currently closed as we’re reviewing our Covid-safety protocols. When we’re satisfied that we can continue to protect our staff as fully as possible, we’ll reopen.

About our shops
Our shops offer a wide selection of books, prints and products that reflect and support the primary goal of Tate: to promote the knowledge, understanding and enjoyment of art.
Many of our products are specially commissioned, and we work with a wide array of creative talent – from artists and designers who are household names, to young illustrators at the start of their career.
All of the profit we make is covenanted to Tate and plays a vital part in supporting its ambitious programme and activities.

When the galleries are open, we’ve changed some of the ways you can shop with us.
To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our visitors, staff, suppliers and their families, you’ll need to wear a face covering in our galleries and shops. Rigorous cleaning routines are in place and all staff have had training to support our new operating procedures. We will only accept card and contactless payment methods.
We’re observing social distancing measures, so we’ll be regulating entry into our shop spaces to ensure that we stay within a safe capacity.
We have also been awarded ’we’re good to go’ status for our safety measures.
