Delivery times

We aim to deliver shop products within:

UK – 3-5 working days
Europe – 5-7 working days
Rest of world – 7-10 working days

Custom prints

We aim to deliver custom prints within 10 working days. For countries outside of Europe, delivery may take up to 20 days.

As each print is handmade to order they take a little longer to prepare. We’ll dispatch your order as soon as it is ready, separately from any other items.

Delivery costs

We currently offer free standard delivery on UK orders over £50, including custom prints. Please select UK standard delivery at the checkout. Please note that this is offer is valid only online. Our other delivery costs are as follows.

UK – £3.60 per order
Europe – £12 per order
Rest of world – £28 per order

Framed and canvas custom prints

As these are bulky items we need to add an additional delivery charge per print.

UK – £7.50 per print
Europe – £20 per print
Rest of world – £50 per print

We always ship limited editions and high value items by insured courier.


Your tickets will be sent to you via email as a PDF attachment. If you’ve not received your tickets please contact our customer service team on +44 (0)207 887 8888, or by emailing ticketing@tate.org.uk.


You will be emailed an e-membership card to use immediately. If you’ve bought a gift membership we’ll email an e-membership card to the recipient on the day their membership is due to start.

We’ll send out the full membership pack within 14 days of purchase, or you can collect your pack when you next visit any of our galleries.


We deliver anywhere in the world but unfortunately we can’t deliver to PO box addresses. These are restrictions imposed by our couriers.

Duties, tax and service charges

If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and delivery service charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will need to pay any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country and we’d advise you to contact your local customs office for further information. Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by custom authorities.
