Three Moments in a Day and a Life 1944, marks the beginning of Zeid’s journey into abstraction, as her style became more enigmatic and symbolic. The same year, the Turkish art critic Fikret Adil admired her work and subsequently introduced her to the d Group. It was exhibited at Zeid’s first solo show, held in her own apartment in Istanbul.
