Being very inspired by Joel Peter Witkin’s work which presents the human condition in a very erratic way, Edith became interested in the human body and started going back to the Hunterian Museum which she was introduced to by fashion tutors in college. The museum has a collection of human and animal body parts, bones and organs all in big jars as well as some videos of how surgery is carried out on vital organs. Edith was fascinated by what really is inside of us - the structure and shape of bones and organs and started thinking about having a t-shirt that can express the human condition of people her age – vibrant and colourful yet with certain melancholia of trying to figure out who we are as people. “I personally think we are all artists and that creatively using our youthful ideas and experiences we will become the person we want to be.”

Delivery times
Please note that from 21 May to 8 June some deliveries may be delayed while we move to a new distribution centre. Thank you for your patience during this time.
We aim to deliver stocked shop products within:
- UK Standard – 1 week
- International (excluding EU) – 2-4 weeks
For framed custom prints and rugs, we aim to deliver within:
- UK – 1-2 weeks
- International (excluding EU) – 2-4 weeks
Smartphone Audio Guides are digital only, and the link to listen to the guide will be sent to your email address.
Many of our neon lights are made in small batches, delivery is estimated at 4-6 weeks worldwide. Our Goldfinger x Tate furniture collection is made to order, with a production lead time of 12-14 weeks.
Please note that some items are dispatched separately if they are made to order (such as coffee, custom prints and custom print clothing, neon lights or furniture). This means that if you order these items alongside other shop products, they won’t all arrive together, and you’ll get several deliveries.
If the delivery time frame for each item has ended and you’re still waiting for something from your order, please get in touch and we’ll investigate for you.
Delivery costs
We currently offer free standard delivery on UK orders over £60. Our other delivery costs are as follows.
For orders under £60:
UK Standard – £5 per order
Rest of world (excluding EU) – £28 per order
All international orders are now delivered with Duties Paid. This means that your delivery cost includes all customs, duties and fees.
From 13 December 2024, we will be temporarily pausing shipping to the European Union, to update our details to comply with new EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). We will restart shipping to the EU as soon as possible, thank you for your patience.

Refunds & returns
If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return your items to us free of charge within 30 days of purchase, and we will be happy to offer you a full refund, replacement or exchange on any items excluding custom prints, rugs, furniture and pierced earrings.
