The intricate artwork is full of fascinating detail and the black and white illustrations make a fascinating foil for the 3D colour pictures ... it's great to see these delightful stories brought back for a new generation.

McKee’s iconic 1960’s artwork alternates pen-and-ink line drawings with richly colored, multilayered tone-on-tone illustrations. The conversational narrative serves as a lovely counterpoint to the fantastical story
