The basis for the range is an A-Z of Liverpool and Merseyside. There have been many changes over the last few years in Liverpool so Andy and Olivia had to incorporate some of the more traditional landmarks, such as the Liver Birds, ferry and docklands, with more recent additions such as the shopping centre Liverpool ONE, the ubiquitous Superlambanana and the beautifully carved Chinese Arch. The A to Z also includes some lesser known nuggets of information such as the fact that Meccano originated in Liverpool and that Everton F.C.s nickname is derived from Everton Mints with their chewy toffee centres. The goalhas been to create a fun, informative, and decorative range that celebrates Liverpool and the Tate.
