We hope you’re happy with your Tate Shop order, but in case you’ve changed your mind, or if there’s a problem with your item, here’s all the information you need to make a return.
How to cancel your order
To cancel your order please contact our customer service team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you've ordered Goldfinger + Tate furniture, custom prints or custom print clothing and need to cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours or we may have already started production. As Goldfinger + Tate furniture and custom prints are made to order, they are not refundable unless they are faulty or we have made an error.
When ordering an item of Goldfinger + Tate furniture, you are responsible for making sure that the item will fit into your property and the place that you intend to use it. If the item you’ve ordered is too large to gain entry on delivery, we will be unable to provide a refund, so please check all doors, staircases and entryways carefully before making your order. If you need assistance, an access check can also be booked for £80 (refundable on order completion) – please email email@example.com to arrange this.
Our custom print clothing t-shirts and hoodies are printed on demand, and only available online. This means that we are unable to refund or exchange these items in any of our gallery shops. If you do need to make a return, please send it back to us using the information below.
Tickets & memberships
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, providing we have availability, we may be able to exchange some exhibition tickets at our discretion, if you’re able to return the unwanted tickets to us before the date and time slot that they are valid for. A £1 exchange fee is charged per ticket. We are not able to exchange tickets which are valid for past dates or time slots.
