Miffy’s friend Boris the bear pays tribute to one of his favourite artists with a pair of handmade crochet dungarees, inspired by the works of fellow Nederlander Piet Mondrian.

Just Dutch toys are produced in seven different locations across Vietnam creating many jobs for underprivileged people. Each toy, made by hand, takes a number of hours to create from crocheting and assembly through to embroidery. Crocheting is a popular pastime in Vietnam and the company employs many female and disabled workers who would otherwise not be able to work.

First created by Dick Bruna in 1955, Miffy has become a favourite amongst adults and children alike. Featuring in over 30 books she has become one of the best- loved children's characters of all time.

Boris is approximately 25 cm tall.

We aim to deliver stocked shop products within:

For made-to-order items, including framed custom prints, furniture, lighting and rugs, we aim to deliver within:

International – 2-4 weeks

Please note that some items are dispatched separately if they are made to order (such as coffee, custom prints and custom print clothing, neon lights or furniture). This means that if you order these items alongside other shop products, they won’t all arrive together, and you’ll get several deliveries.

If the delivery time frame for each item has ended and you’re still waiting for something from your order, please get in touch and we’ll investigate for you.

Delivery costs

We currently offer free standard delivery on UK orders over £60. Please note that this is offer is valid only online. Our other delivery costs are as follows.

For orders under £60:

UK – £3.60 per order

European Union – £15 per order

Rest of world (including non-EU European countries) – £28 per order

Limited editions

Due to the nature of our Limited Edition artworks, Tate offers rates for packaging materials to sufficiently protect the works and a fully insured, door-to-door courier service, for both UK and international shipping.

UK – FREE
USA & Canada – £80 each
European Union – £120 each
Rest of world (including non-EU European countries) – £150 each
 
 

Rugs

Rugs are dispatched directly from the Christopher Farr workshop, so they will arrive separately from any other items ordered from Tate Shop.

UK – £50 per order

Goldfinger + Tate furniture

As each item of furniture is made to order, delivery takes 12-14 weeks, and will arrive separately to any other items in your Tate Shop order.

UK – £150 per order using a specialist white-glove delivery service. An access check can be arranged for £80.
 

Food & Wine

Our collection of food and wine is only available for delivery in the UK. We currently offer free delivery on wine orders over £100, using a specialist white glove service within the M25 area.

Wine: UK only – £20 per order

Please note that our wines can only be purchased by those aged 18 years and over. Customers will be asked to provide proof of age upon delivery.

Refunds & returns

Please contact our customer service team within 45 days if you need to return anything from your order. We will be happy to offer you a full refund, replacement or exchange on any items excluding custom prints, Goldfinger + Tate furniture, face coverings and pierced earrings. We cannot cover the cost of returning the items, unless we've made a mistake or they are faulty.
