Pink & orange swirl bauble

As it’s made from paper, the bauble is lightweight, won’t drag down your branches, and you won’t need to worry about it shattering like a glass bauble.

The baubles are handmade in the Kashmir region of India by a small-scale company of makers. The company employs 300 men and women working in traditional craft, such as kantha, embroidery, mehendi work, block printing, and the Papier-mâché techniques used to make these Christmas decorations. The company pays a fair wage with bonuses, and most of the artisans work from home. Proudly eco-conscious, recycled materials are used throughout the production process, and water and energy consumption is measured to make their practice as sustainable as possible. They also play a part is supporting their local community through the supply of healthcare aids.
