Bring the freshness of a summer time garden stroll into your home, with this reed diffuser home fragrance in Norfolk Natural Living’s Rose Garden scent.

Handmade in their Norfolk based micro-perfumery, the scent transports us to John Singer Sargent’s garden scene, Carnation, Lily, Lily, Rose, with notes of agarwood, rose, geranium, jasmine, clove, cedarwood and amber.

It’s made using entirely natural, vegan ingredients, and never tested on animals. Its beautiful glass phial is an elegant addition to your home décor, and is fully recyclable. Natural reeds diffuse the perfume, to gently scent the air without being overpowering.

Norfolk Natural Living was founded by aromatherapist Bella Middleton to create slow-luxury home care and wellbeing products, inspired by nature and the holistic properties of plants. They bottle every formulation by hand and use only natural ingredients formulated with therapeutic blends, designed to improve wellbeing. They’re made with sustainability in mind, with recyclable packaging and gentle ingredients.

Delivery times

We aim to deliver stocked shop products within:

UK – 2-3 working days

International – 2-4 weeks

For made-to-order items, including framed custom prints, furniture, lighting and rugs, we aim to deliver within:

UK – 1-2 weeks

International – 2-4 weeks

Please note that some items are dispatched separately if they are made to order (such as coffee, custom prints and custom print clothing, neon lights or furniture). This means that if you order these items alongside other shop products, they won’t all arrive together, and you’ll get several deliveries.

If the delivery time frame for each item has ended and you’re still waiting for something from your order, please get in touch and we’ll investigate for you.

Delivery costs

We currently offer free standard delivery on UK orders over £60. Please note that this is offer is valid only online. Our other delivery costs are as follows.

For orders under £60:

UK – £3.60 per order

European Union – £15 per order

Rest of world (including non-EU European countries) – £28 per order

Limited editions

Due to the nature of our Limited Edition artworks, Tate offers rates for packaging materials to sufficiently protect the works and a fully insured, door-to-door courier service, for both UK and international shipping.

UK – FREE
USA & Canada – £80 each
European Union – £120 each
Rest of world (including non-EU European countries) – £150 each
 
 

Rugs

Rugs are dispatched directly from the Christopher Farr workshop, so they will arrive separately from any other items ordered from Tate Shop.

UK – £50 per order

For international shipping enquiries, please contact us at shop@tate.org.uk for quotes on delivery to selected countries.

 

Goldfinger + Tate furniture

As each item of furniture is made to order, delivery takes 12-14 weeks, and will arrive separately to any other items in your Tate Shop order.

UK – £150 per order using a specialist white-glove delivery service. An access check can be arranged for £80.
 

Food & Wine

Our collection of food and wine is only available for delivery in the UK. We currently offer free delivery on wine orders over £100, using a specialist white glove service within the M25 area.

Wine: UK only – £20 per order

Please note that our wines can only be purchased by those aged 18 years and over. Customers will be asked to provide proof of age upon delivery.

Refunds & returns

Please contact our customer service team within 45 days if you need to return anything from your order. We will be happy to offer you a full refund, replacement or exchange on any items excluding custom prints, Goldfinger + Tate furniture, face coverings and pierced earrings. We cannot cover the cost of returning the items, unless we've made a mistake or they are faulty.

Unfortunately, after 14 working days we cannot refund the delivery charge on your order. You can contact our customer service team by email at shop@tate.org.uk or by phone on +44 (0)20 7887 8888 (Monday – Friday, 10.30 –17.00).
