Additional Information
The four pots of red, blue, green and yellow dough are perfect for air-drying, or keeping soft in their pots for re-use over and over again. The modelling clay is water-soluble, washable, and made from renewable raw materials.
Please note that although the dough is non-toxic, it should not be eaten and children under 3 years should be supervised during play.
The dough is made by ökoNORM who make ecologically friendly ‘nawaro’ products. Nawaro is an abbreviation of the German words ‘Nachwachsende Rohstoffe’ which means ‘renewable raw materials’. Nawaro products are made from sustainable resources, are environmentally friendly and non-toxic. They pay close attention to the quality and environmental impact of their products to guarantee healthy, safe products that don’t damage the Earth.

We aim to deliver stocked shop products within:
UK – 2-3 working days
International – 2-4 weeks
For made-to-order items, including framed custom prints, furniture, lighting and rugs, we aim to deliver within:
UK – 1-2 weeks
International – 2-4 weeks
Please note that some items are dispatched separately if they are made to order (such as coffee, custom prints and custom print clothing, neon lights or furniture). This means that if you order these items alongside other shop products, they won’t all arrive together, and you’ll get several deliveries.
If the delivery time frame for each item has ended and you’re still waiting for something from your order, please get in touch and we’ll investigate for you.Delivery costs
We currently offer free standard delivery on UK orders over £60. Please note that this is offer is valid only online. Our other delivery costs are as follows.
For orders under £60:
UK – £3.60 per order
European Union – £15 per order
Rest of world (including non-EU European countries) – £28 per order
Limited editions
Due to the nature of our Limited Edition artworks, Tate offers rates for packaging materials to sufficiently protect the works and a fully insured, door-to-door courier service, for both UK and international shipping.
Rugs
Rugs are dispatched directly from the Christopher Farr workshop, so they will arrive separately from any other items ordered from Tate Shop.

Goldfinger + Tate furniture
As each item of furniture is made to order, delivery takes 12-14 weeks, and will arrive separately to any other items in your Tate Shop order.
Food & Wine
Our collection of food and wine is only available for delivery in the UK. We currently offer free delivery on wine orders over £100, using a specialist white glove service within the M25 area.
Wine: UK only – £20 per order
Please note that our wines can only be purchased by those aged 18 years and over. Customers will be asked to provide proof of age upon delivery.

Refunds & returns
Please contact our customer service team within 45 days if you need to return anything from your order. We will be happy to offer you a full refund, replacement or exchange on any items excluding custom prints, Goldfinger + Tate furniture, face coverings and pierced earrings. We cannot cover the cost of returning the items, unless we've made a mistake or they are faulty.
