If you’re really into Pop Art or if you’re just popping to the shops, this roomy Eastpak rucksack inspired by Andy Warhol’s iconic Campbell’s Soup Cans: Tomato screenprints is the best bag to grab and go. With a front zip pocket, fully adjustable padded straps and an interior sleeve pocket, you can comfortably pack everything you’ll need for the day. There’s also a quote from the artist himself on the inside to remind you that ‘Art is what you can get away with’.
A central figure in pop art, Andy Warhol (1928–87) was one of the most significant and influential artists of the later twentieth century. In the 1960s he began to explore the growing interplay between mass culture and the visual arts, and his constant experimentation with new processes for the dissemination of art played a pivotal role in redefining access to culture and art as we know it today.
Eastpak have been making long-lasting products since 1952 when they began making durable gear for the US military as Eastern Canvas Products. Since then, they’ve built their brand on durability and resistance. They pride themselves on their inclusivity and have used their brand to inspire positive resistance, supporting teams and individuals that stand up for what’s right, fighting hard for positive change, and speaking out for inclusion and diversity.
Dimensions: 40 x 30 x 18 cm.
